My name is Oskar Andermo I am the founder of Chikara Consulting. Since 2003 I have worked with professional selling. When I started I had no sales training whatsoever.

I had no idea what I was doing and did not know that there is actually a process, that makes it so much easier. A few months into my new job I was sent to my first training. This was a wake-up call. I learned that selling is not telling. It is not about trying to convince or push someone into sales. It was about understanding my client’s needs and match my offer to that. It was more about being a consultant, helping my clients, than pushing them.

For the last 5 years, I have now also been involved in training and coaching other salespeople. I believe that we can always get better and investing in your sales team is the best investment you can do. Motivation, professionalism and closing ratio will go up.


The training that I did back in 2003 was done by David Åberg and Pelle Dohlowitz. At the time they were working for one of the biggest sales training companies in Sweden. A few years ago they set up their own consultancy called Moderna Kompetenser. I am now partnering with them to bring their concepts and training outside of Sweden.
